sometimes u have to train one or more people at once and u get written up for their mistakes and there is nothing u can do about it.it can cost you your job. even if a trainee is continuously messing up and shows now improvement they are kept around when they clearly don't follow simple instructions you can get mandatory to work overtime even if your shift hits their numbers you are forced to work in some cells with more people than you need to run it and it causes all kinds of pile ups and problems.
