Toxic - Customer Service Representative Flexiti Financial Employee Review

Used to be a great place to work now I dread each day. New management (Questrade) doesn't seem interested in Flexiti, it's just a money maker for them, starting with the employees. It's a terribly toxic place to work now. Can't get tech support when needed. Company not interested in putting money into actual system issues. Employees basically take blame for all of that. Attitude is, it's the same for everyone so just suck it up but they are putting more and more pressure on front line employees, adding additional responsibilities but no additional time for the extra work required in each call
