Very, very friendly and supportive environment. Daily interactions with C-level executives, all nice people. The place has a real small business feeling. They're also market leaders with a true culture of pushing boundaries, so there is always something interesting to sink your teeth in. Excellent management culture, if you want to do something or you think you can contribute in some way, you'll be given the space for it.

At some point the IT department was stretched thin for a longer period than reasonable. The training budget and salaries are not crazy high neither.
