Pros

Strong leadership coupled with world-class idea makes for an exciting place to work. Work is hard, but rewarding. People are extremely smart and work well together. Culture focuses on long-term growth/development and learning from mistakes.

Cons

Working in an antiquated industry comes with its share of mind-numbing problems. We will fix this.

Pros

Lots of really smart and nice people at the company. The culture has improved a lot recently. There's a good amount of room to develop and jump on things that you might not be exposed to in other companies.

Cons

The company moves a little too fast at times and maybe overlooks things that are working well and don't necessarily need to be changed for "efficiency" at the risk of doing things incorrectly. It can be hard to move up in some departments. work/life balance varies a lot by team.

Pros

- Phenomenal benefits (health insurance has great coverage for the price) - Unlimited PTO. Great for people who are parents. If you choose to not take time off, that’s your problem. Stop blaming the company. - Decent pay versus other freight forwarders and customs brokers - A lot of opportunities to grow within the company - Free lunches and snacks (at least when I was there)

Cons

- A CEO who has a lot of bravado and charisma (if a little ego at times) but decision making process that is incredibly capricious - Constant layoffs even of people who are there for extended periods. People who have been there for 10+ years are no exception. The CEO praises people for staying at the company, but there is zero loyalty from his end. - Some very questionable middle management and executives in terms of qualifications. - Forced RTO 5 days a week was announced in 2025 with only 3 days notice - Constant state of flux at the company in terms of financial stability
