Pros
- Amazing co-workers, humble, smart, collaborative and passionate about company mission - Culture, benefits and ERGs - Brand awareness, mission-driven (or atleast used to be)
Cons
- Trail of broken promises. CEO assured employees we wouldn’t have layoffs, and then laid off 20% of the company. - New top-heavy management, almost every one was a former Amazon-exec. - Poor decision making on who should be laid off. - Tech is not innovative or even as good as our competitors despite what our marketing will have you believe. - Comp isn’t great and too many people keep leaving all-year round. - A lot of in-fighting between teams. Lack of strong tech and commercial leadership.
