Some companies have low hanging fruit when it comes to building products and improving your tech stack. At Flexport, the fruit falls off the tree, rolls down hill, and is at your feet waiting to be picked up. Lot's of opportunity to optimize, improve, and build new products.
Cons
Industry headwinds with tariffs. Our technology isn't really differentiated. We aren't automating freight forwarding or providing automation advantage to our customers. No growth and lot's of costs.
