The owners are the best guys to work for. The attract the very best natured people to be part of the company. I suspect that many choose to work at FlexSim for less pay when they can potentially make more elsewhere, but choose to stay at FlexSim (that's my story)

Hardly any cons. Perhaps the company could be better organized.

Cover 100% of health care premium that includes a dental plan. They also provide a 4% match to a 401K plan. The company also has a weekly planning meeting where lunch is provided by the company.

There is a somewhat higher deductible on the health care plan. The 4% match on the 401K requires a 6% contribution by the employee.
