Pros
good business model that helps people with poor credit get a foot hold and a work environment they would not other wise have access to.
Cons
it can seem a bit harsh as eviction is started when you dont pay your rent, and your deposit effectively covers the period they need to evict you following default on rent. this process has to be in place though, due to the nature of the business and you are given opportunity to clear the arrears.
