Poor pay. All other places pay more. Which is why I had to leave

Incredibly unprofessional. Upper management will complain about work performance behind an employee’s back without discussing their behavior directly to be able to improve. The pay is not appropriate for what is expected from a shift manager- it is disgustingly low. Some managers were paid only $1 above minimum wage and are expected to manage staff, assess injuries, open and close the store, and do cash deposits.
