Pros
Super energised environment, theres always a buzz in the office - one minute you're working on a desk, next you have one of the biggest celebs in the world next to you in the office / studios. Loads of chance to pitch ideas even when you still kinda junior, nobody rolls eyes when you speak up which is rare. I’ve honestly learnt more about business and media stuff in 3 months here than the whole 3 years at my last gig. The founder, who has a massive podcast, keeps wandering over to our bank of desks - says hi, cracks a joke, then properly tunes in to whatever half-baked thought I’ve got. He's polite, respectful, shockingly interested in even someone like me! You wouldn't expect a famous person to be so kind, respectful, humble. All of this has actually made me work harder than I did at my last place. Whole team is proper supportive when things get tough, people slide over with AI recommendations, snacks, bad banter - whatever keeps the wheels spinning. Honestly feels like you’re on a rocket but everyone's holding on together!
Cons
Some days feel a blur because it's moving so quick, long hours (which I like but many people won't), reporting lines get fuzzy so you not always sure who signs things off, office coffee honestly not the best I've had.
