Pros
Other than management, the employees attempt to work as a team. Good people with good intentions. Aircraft are well maintained.
Cons
As others have stated in previous reviews, the problem at FlightWorks is the executive team. They are incapable of running the company. I have never seen a larger, more fragile group of egos. They treat their employees as pawns, or worse. They have no clue what they are doing, and refuse to recognize that fact. They have a "bond" or "pact" that they will stay united, no matter what. The decisions they make are childish and unprofessional. There are a couple members of the executive team that have good intentions and may even mean well, but their "bond" keeps them from making good business decisions. Ironically, even with this bond they have, each of them keeps information from the others.
