      - Good salary and benefits - Opportunities for advancement - Decent work life balance - Lots of variety in the work each day - Lots of autonomy and opportunity to be self directed - Schedule 9 hours M-Th, eight hours every other Friday and every other Friday off means every other weekend is a three day weekend

      Cons

      - Direction from management can be contradictory at times - Occasional long hours during shutdown/ turnaround

      Pros

      Leadership that truly cares about employees and wants to do the right thing for everyone involved. Great benefits. 9/80 schedule for eligible positions is a huge plus!

      Cons

      Refinery life in general can be difficult if doing shift work, but the Dupont schedule helps.
