Pros

Very talented and qualified staff who look after each other and want to do the best job Interesting clients and exciting projects Opportunity to travel

Cons

There are so many great things about Flint but unfortunately there is also a lot of mismanagement from the senior team A huge amount of pressure on staff in terms of workload with no recognition An expectation to work out of hours for months at a time People burning out completely is common place Junior staff are treated as expendable despite them working extremely hard and doing a fantastic job with no resource Complete chaos in terms of finance

Pros

- Flexibility with hybrid work weeks - Passionate, motivated, collaborative colleagues across offices - Interesting array of clients in the arts, culture and ESG sectors, with the opportunity to travel for projects - Senior management is receptive to suggestions for new ventures/ways to grow the agency

Cons

- Lack of HR systems and consistency (especially wrt compensation) - High turnover/low employee retention - Consistently poor business decisions made by senior management - Retention of incompetent employees due to personal connections with senior management

Pros

All colleagues are brilliant, clever and talented professionals. The team is what makes you want to stay. If I could work with every single one of them anywhere else, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Cons

Internal comms are poor, which becomes even more apparent when things get difficult. Staff is almost always overworked and the risk of burnout at all levels is very high.
