Dress code is Casual you can come to the office wearing 3/4 or shorts You have Employee stock options Decent office atmosphere You have a lot of things to learn. Worth if you join as a fresher Good if you are female employee .there is very less attrition rate for them.
Cons
No Work-Life Balance. No Transport facility available People are fired immediately if you don't polish their shoes(Mangement). No process for anything still they act in startup mode. Stressful atmosphere. No Job guarantee if you have family don't join here. Even if you are long-term employee anytime you may get fired.i have seen a lot of them and I am also a victim No Vision. Only Earning money is not a vision. Most of the positive employee reviews are fake You don't have any hr policies .even you don't have an hr.
