Pros
The schedule is nice, 3-4 days of 12 hours shifts per week, but that same schedule can be found in most other manufacturing companies, so don't know how much that counts as a pro really. Some of the people are nice to work with, that's about it.
Cons
Where do I even start??? The company doesn't treat its people well, they cut corners anywhere they can, including robbing people of their money. You better make sure you are checking your paystubs... pay raise is unheard of, and recently even got to the point where people started getting significant pay cuts instead of getting raises. People are being cheated out of their money with poor excuses. Benefits are a joke. No opportunities for advancement whatsoever, and if somehow such a miracle happens and you got promoted, then with the next layoff you will be the first person they will get rid off. 5S program only appears before some kind of important audit and then mysteriously disappears. HR is a joke too, whatever goes to HR the next day the whole company knows about it. Some people constantly show up to work drunk, or high on something, sexual references all over the place, unprofessional environment. I could go on with the cons list forever... so currently I am actively looking for a new job.
