Pros
Pros The most difficult question here... Can't find any.. Oh yes, the other employees are good, all young crowd so it's fun here... Rest nothing
Cons
Now this is something we can talk about Here are the following 1. You work for money and the salary is consistently late every month you can't pay your EMI's /Rent bills on time, because you don't know when you will get your next salary even if it comes early it's never before the 15th of the next month. 2. No work life balance, if you work here, they own you, you are not supposed to have friends and family and if you have you are not supposed to live with them or care enough that you have a personal life as well. 3. You will have to work on Sundays and other holidays, and even if you take a day off still they won't spare you, you took an off because you couldn't work, if you had to work from home that also when you have asked for a leave or on a public holiday then what do you expect. 4. If you are sick and you can't stay after shifts or after midnight you will be fired no matter how many Sundays you have worked for the company and unpaid odd hours. And how good your work is. 5. These people are the most selfish people, they will fool the client and the employees and everyone and think everyone is stupid except for them, as they are super smart people. 6. Work wise, their execution is work is always bad and the quality of work they deliver is always cheap and of lowest finishing quality possible. They believe in quantity not quality. 7. They don't pay salaries to employees once they leave the office, you will have to beg them for your own salary. 8. The HR policy is only applicable until it's benefiting the directors it's not at all for employees. 9. This company believes in exploiting employees until they give up, not at all employee orientated company, will only keep you until they need you for some purpose. 10. They claim to be IIT alumni and very talented people but they have no good knowledge of the work they are doing how it's done. 11. Poor management and organization skills. 12. If you had to run an interior company you should have studied architecture from IIT only not some random engineering thing that you are so proud of, we know there weren't much opportunities for you and hence you got into this thinking it's an easy task.
