Flipkart gave me oppertunity to work for end to end FSC operations and its planning. Based out of kolkata , I really enjoyed working with central stake holders and explored several training modules to have deep knowledge for new responsibilities. I really want to rejoin Flipkart or its sister entities and contribute my professional experience for a mutual benifit.
Cons
Achieving the operational cost optimization target requires a proper evaluation of resources and accurate annual performance grading. It is crucial that managers remain unbiased and avoid imposing faulty decisions. Flipkart really needs proper and future ready leaders for its sustainable growth. System must have the multiple checking process for a candidate to get evaluated.
