      Best place for people who are useless and don't want to work

      Cons

      Politics, toxic HR culture, wrong hiring, loss making company, filled with people working with Flipkart for more than 6-7 yrs only the good employees leave and the useless ones stay back, no importance to work and you'll end up becoming unemployable if you work in Flipkart.

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
