      - if you are at good hands i.e manager then everything is well and fair my team was really good and helpful. - empathetic team and work from home option whenever required and necessary

      Cons

      -salary is very less, didnt get incentives as promised and no proper hike. - saturday and sunday usually deals will go live so no complete off can be expected.

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
