CEO doesn't listen to his experts, does whatever he wants, blames everyone else for failures even though they were due to his hubris and unwillingness to listen to employees and experts he consults. His high opinion of himself is unwarranted and destructive. More likely, he will burn up investor money with promises he can't deliver on because he refuses to listen to reality or understand how aviation processes work and just bounces from idea to idea, changing his mind anytime he doesn't like what's actually needed to be successful in a venture. Doesn't take safety seriously, tries to skirt regulations. Will probably eventually get someone hurt with the aircraft. Oh, and insults potential employees with low wage offers for their experience and knowledge, then ignores their experience and knowledge anyways.
