      fun environment-if the right people are working

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and make it known. They won’t schedule you for weeks on end and then not explain anything about it. If you want to ask for help, they look at you like you are stupid. You will get in trouble for things, even if another manager approved it.

      Pros

      Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
