Pros

Great culture, great beer program, decent pay for industry standard and decent time off (3 weeks).

Cons

Corporate is friendly but overwhelmed with work, which means communication tends to fall through the cracks. Work life balance is tough, scheduled for 50 hours/week but some weeks are 55 hours and some are 45. All depends on the moves that are out.

Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

Cons

No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
