      flixible work hours good pay after tips during busy seasons

      Cons

      managers play favorites which prevents being able to get better positions or your favored shift times/days managers also never really know what exactly the daily tasks are and can be frustrating when trying to get work done

      Pros

      Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
