      Pros

      Half decent benefits Most people are great Care Team

      Cons

      Low pay for what is expected Micro management No accountability for when something goes wrong Whilst working from home, don't dare step away from the computer for 5-10 minutes to let the dogs outside else you will be shown as away and management will question this or even worse colleagues will report when you are away. All higher roles within the company are taken up already so not much room for progression

      Pros

      - Lots of lovely people. - Production cared for the projects & well being of the staff if not a little to eager to jump on an "issue". - Head of Production is a credit to the industry was always as transparent as they could be. - Great outsourcing projects. - Outsourcing powerhouse as a studio.

      Cons

      - Toxic positivity. - Internal IP was a mess with bloated & aged tech. - CEO is a talker & micro manager. - Too much focus on AAA. - Departmental Management was poor. Any sort of creative discussions are thrown out and your labelled as difficult. - Hiring out people at a specific level when that person isn't at that level within the studio.

      People are some of the most friendly you will meet Many projects on at one time, some with very famous companies and a lot of variety

      Cons

      Low salary - I started on 20k, most people did Low interaction with clients
