What really stands out is that engineers here actively generate business ideas and identify new opportunities, which is rare compared to other places I've worked. The approach to experimentation is impressive. Releases happen at great velocity, driven by data, which allows the company to steer in the right direction quickly. Career and personal development is well supported. Getting feedback is straightforward and there's genuine encouragement to upskill, especially in cutting-edge areas like AI. On tooling, there's real flexibility. Engineers can choose the AI tools they prefer without any enforcement of a specific product, which shows trust in the team. Work-life balance is solid. There are times when you put in extra effort, but it's because you want to make something great happen, not because anyone is forcing you. And you can balance it out afterwards. Leadership is transparent, with regular all-hands and unmoderated Q&A sessions with the CEO that give you genuine visibility into the business metrics, sentiment, and direction of the company. Cons
There's not much to flag here. The medical insurance plan this year could be better and I hope it improves significantly for next year. That's about it.
