Great coworkers, but struggling with tech identity - Editor FloSports Employee Review

Company Culture, Fun Perks, Family Atmosphere, Hard-Working Environment. My manager is tough, but I am growing and learning everyday.

Talent development is all about hands on learning, which there is plenty of opportunity with that, but not much of an investment in online or class room training for employees. At times, it seems upward mobility is limited based on a flatter department design.

Really capable and smart engineers. Tech is mostly interesting to work with but has a lot of legacy that can hard to warm up to.

Leadership is frustrating to work with. Directions change constantly, expectations are both high and unclear. If you're interviewing for a management role, specifically FE, good luck. This role has constantly had a revolving door of managers. Its also really disillusioning when Mark (current CEO), gets up on stage and says basically "we cant pay you more, and you should feel privileged to even work here", when they already pay below market rate.
