Company Culture, Fun Perks, Family Atmosphere, Hard-Working Environment. My manager is tough, but I am growing and learning everyday.
Cons
Talent development is all about hands on learning, which there is plenty of opportunity with that, but not much of an investment in online or class room training for employees. At times, it seems upward mobility is limited based on a flatter department design.
