Pros

I am quite happy with everything so far. Paycheck is good for someone working remotely. Management style is great, as it is focused on ownership and proactiveness rather than micromanagement. Company is transparent about growth paths, promotions, and paychecks from the beginning. Work is 100% remote,. It is fantastic to work from where it suits you the most as long as you have a decent computer, a quiet place to work, and good internet connection. Management is open to new ideas and improving processes. They acknowledge your efforts and give you credit.

Cons

It is not for someone who gets stressed in a fast-paced work place. Many processes are scattered and some are even lacking well documented SOPs. It feels that many core processes are dependent on people rather than clear and visual SOPs. It can feel like it's all over the place, but they are improving and welcome new ideas.

Pros

Been here for 5 years and have seen the company grow significantly. Supportive team, fast-paced environment, and real opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally. Leadership is transparent and open to ideas.

Cons

Like most growing companies, things can move quickly and priorities can shift. Not ideal if you prefer a slow or highly structured environment.

Pros

I can't think of one.

Cons

The work environment was highly stressful, marked by micromanagement and poor leadership. There was a strong culture of fear, with little room for open dialogue or questioning decisions—even when those decisions clearly lacked merit. Leadership operated more like a cult of personality than a transparent, collaborative team. The CEO presented a visionary image, but in practice, the business model relied heavily on reselling low-quality goods from low-cost overseas producers to the U.S. market. Additionally, I would encourage anyone considering a partnership to research recent allegations related to unethical treatment of both customers and suppliers abroad.
