Been here for 5 years and have seen the company grow significantly. Supportive team, fast-paced environment, and real opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally. Leadership is transparent and open to ideas.

Like most growing companies, things can move quickly and priorities can shift. Not ideal if you prefer a slow or highly structured environment.

- agreeable work - mostly helpful team members

- Company uses predatory employment practices by making new hires sign a document which they claim is an employment contract when it's not. Abusive and arbitrary company rules are deliberately withheld from new hires until orientation. - Management only cares about numbers and sucking up to the CEO and will not take any accountability for their decisions, instead opting to offload all of it onto the workers. - Management doesn't know the first thing about how their teams work, what software they use etc.
