Really ambitious company which is always looking forwards and not backwards. Everyone is fully committed to the goal of making the world quantifiably safer. You are encouraged to think outside the box. Company provides staff with regular updates. Flexible working options. Colleagues are great to both work and socialise with.
Cons
Feels like you often have people treading on your toes by getting involved in things they don't necessarily need to. This is probably a knock on to the culture being built at Flock. There seems to be a huge amount of staff turnover.
