      There’s a ton of room to take on new responsibilities, influence work, and develop professionally. If you’re proactive, the company really rewards it.

      The company moves quickly, which is exciting but can feel overwhelming at times.

      Fast pace, Job duties are the same everyday, can be remote if you want, leadership doesn't really follow up

      Cons

      Far from profitability so everything is based on making money but leadership doesn't really enforce it. Very little career advancement since every dollar is watched for profitability. Many people are complacent. Took away 401K match, unlimited PTO
