Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our team supportive and appreciated the benefits of remote work. At Flokq, we value honest feedback and strive to foster a balanced work environment. We encourage all employees to communicate openly, as we believe in continuously improving together. However, we have noticed a pattern of reviews recently that seem to share similar language and details, which raises some questions about their authenticity. If this is indeed your genuine experience, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly at people@flokq.com. We’re always open to constructive conversations and are committed to addressing any concerns to improve our work culture.

Pros

best place to work if you like to be micro managed by the upper management for 5 days a week (sometimes 7 days because even on holidays work still interferes) or if you want to practice arguing with an expat. if you like working anywhere, you might like it but the pressure of being scolded for “not trying your best” to contact hundreds of property agents everyday and achieve hundreds of property acquisition everyday (not week or month) is unbearable, well at the end of the day people choose their own war

Cons

very small salary, overwork, unclear job description (you will expect to be added on other jobdesc not according to your contract), guilt tripping and manipulative superior, no holiday on national holidays even in religious holidays, and heads up for the superior to promise you some extra commission (might as well call it a mouth service or sweet talk) to motivate your work but ended up breaking the promise itself, lastly even the reviews in this platform are often untrue and so many sweet talks

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your willingness to share your experience and acknowledge the complexities of working in a fast-paced environment. However, it raises concerns when one individual appears so focused on posting multiple reviews that follow a similar pattern. The number of helpful votes on these comments suggests a coordinated effort rather than genuine individual experiences, bringing into question the authenticity and motivation behind them. Constructive criticism is vital for growth, but when feedback seems to stem from a personal agenda, it becomes challenging to address the concerns effectively. We’ve also observed issues such as not disclosing university commitments, taking time off without notice, and consistently low productivity levels, which complicate the management process. Supporting professionals who struggle with these challenges often requires basic management tactics that may not suit everyone. Additionally, if you can relate to the concerns mentioned, we have a good guess of who you might be, and we believe leaving without notice after receiving your salary was extremely unprofessional. At Flokq, we strive to create a supportive and respectful workplace for all employees and interns. If you genuinely wish to discuss your experiences in a more constructive manner, we encourage you to reach out to us at people@flokq.com. We value open communication and are committed to improving our work environment.
