Pros
Being able to do what I wanted to do coming out of college. Having the freedom to experiment with new things to make the product better. Visiting different schools all over the state, and seeing the rural towns. Being able to get into, and have a great up-close look at some of the best athletes, best venues, best competitions in the state.
Cons
Having to do other jobs while also doing my full time one wears on me, and definitely affects my schedule. Working on the road creates long days, with all of the travel to other cities. Norfolk is not a great town for meeting other young people, not impossible, but not that easy either. Hard to get workers for live games if outside of the towns working area (~ 80-100 miles). Get behinds easily if multiple tasks are taken on.
