Work from home, not a high call volume, work mostly solo
Cons
Low pay, manager has really poor communication, is unapproachable, is supposed to teach but talks at rather than with you, language barrier, passive aggression from management, expectations are not made clear, training was a joke. Five people were let go or quit within one week of my hiring. Big red flags.
