Warehouse members takes blame and gets picked on too much and never appreciated for our labor. Warehouse associates that aren't kissing up to management usually gets taken advantage of during their evaluations for merits. Warehouse associates do tasks that aren't in job description, and we tend to get overwhelmed by being overworked and underpaid the nation salary average which is 7% lower than any other warehouse jobs.
