      Company culture is abysmal. New hire was hired at higher rate than me, with less experience. Old white men are still in charge and don't care, even tho company motto is 'F&D Cares'

      - Not enough work to do - Management can be a little lazy - No real path for career growth unless you pick up all the work on the team for a long time
