      Flexible, good benefits, great hours, and opportunities for future advancement

      Cons

      There's like two positions available where you don't have to sign a non-compete to work there. This is absurd because you would think they would want active, former, or potential flooring contractors with knowledge of their products to help sell and service their customers.

      - Less workload - Good people to work with from time to time

      - Not enough work to do - Management can be a little lazy - No real path for career growth unless you pick up all the work on the team for a long time
