      Pros

      Fair starting salary. The company stock purchase plan is generous with 15% discount for employees. 401K contribution is ok.

      Cons

      Health benefits are not great. Out of network for most doctors in my area. High deductibles and copays. Store culture is not the best. There’s almost no structure for training at the manager level.

      Schedule is really bad and can cause some inconveniences.

      - Less workload - Good people to work with from time to time

      - Not enough work to do - Management can be a little lazy - No real path for career growth unless you pick up all the work on the team for a long time
