Pros
Fantastic at greenwashing their product, which is made of virgin plastic, shipped from China and Vietnam and NOT recyclable in the US. Labeled "carbon neutral," but we all know that does nothing to actually help the environment. They do a really great job at being deceptive and lying to their customers, instead of putting their money into actually being a green company. They did have one product made in the US (still plastic) but it was a failure, so it isn't on their website. More plastic just waiting to be dumped in a landfill, but at least they can say they manufacture in the US now!
Cons
Management is unethical in almost every way. I had a more detailed review, but they contacted glass door and had it taken down because the truth is ugly and they do not want it out there. Basically, owners share employees' personal information, treat you differently if you are a woman, and then fire you if you bring any of these things up. Employees are not supported, directed, or trained. You have just fend for yourself and hope for the best. No HR department, so it is basically upper management manipulating and uncomfortably cornering employees to do things, with no safe outlet to report to. Last time a former employee wrote a bad review, they asked everyone in the company (maybe 6 people at the time) to write good reviews to drown out the bad one. Very shady, and just another example of how unethical things are there.
