Pros
Really friendly company, from Head Office to Stores, Transport team, etc.
Really good pay with uncapped commission meaning you're always compensated for the work you put in.
Young company which, even though it sells floors, has a really high ceiling (pun intended) but constantly striving to grow and improve - taking in their employees suggestions.
Being a young company, the potential for internal growth is amazing - they will assess their own employees and prioritise them rather than external hires if they think you're up to the challenge. I've been with the company for over 4 months now and have already seen a lot of co-workers move into higher positions.
Cons
Main con I would say is that, being a young company, there are issues that you might face due to new procedures being implemented to try to improve the overall customer service and every day tasks of the employees. However, those obstacles can faced and you can overcome them, which only looks good on yourself.
It's a 9-6 job most days and you will (and want to) work weekends, but it does mean sometimes you might be a little bit out of sync with other people - however, most jobs nowadays aren't 9-5 with weekends off anyway, just something to be aware of (I used to do bar work so I can't really complain about the hours anyway).
