Pay. You can start at Walmart or McDonalds making the same hourly rate. Only benefit is health insurance and it isn't that great. Hope you don't need to put kids on it, won't be able to afford the cost. Management leaves a lot to be desired. They will treat you awful with a smile. You will not be taken seriously. It is a good old boys club, you will not advance.
