      1. worst working schedule, 2. No work ethics and Sop's, 3. Worst Managers, 4.Dirty rooms with bed bugs for guest, 5.No job security, 6. Terminate employees without any reason by giving 1 month notice period, 7.worst food quality in cafeteria.

      Pros

      I have had 2 years of experience working with this company. Offers 25 to 30 % commission on sale of swimming coaching sessions. Location close to Deira City Center.

      Cons

      Employee facilities are pretty much basic. Accommodation is shared with at least 3 more people.I left because of internal politics in my department.
