As the company continues to grow, adding more staff during busy periods and providing additional training resources would make the workload even more manageable.

Super helpful and kind, fun and helpful team. No toxicity whatsoever; the owner is pretty cool and the support is fantastic. Work-life balance is super solid with 1 shift, 11am-7pm, at my branch, so part-timers work 3-4 eight-hour shifts a week (much better than 5 six-hour shifts). Weekly competitions just for fun with rewards. Employee input matters significantly more than the average job, I think.

None I can really think of. I think everyone is doing a great job so far. Its a desk job in a mall (which isn't a bad thing) Exchanges are inside malls so you get tempted by the smell of soft pretzels and desserts.
