      Pros

      I’ve worked under Jason since the beginning of my career as a Financial Advisor. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working for FFA for several reasons, some of the most important are: the work structure in the office, the education learned around comprehensive financial planning, and the independence of being able to obtain/retain my own clients. This industry is not a walk in the park, therefore, if you want to be successful, it is important to be coachable and extremely hardworking while remembering to have fun and enjoy what you do.

      You live by the water. A lot of distractions.

      Pros

      There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
