      Good health insurance policy is a win.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no follow through. Middle and Upper Managment has no clue what the day-to-day tasks are. Understaffed. Not enough proper training.

      A nice break area, building, and location.

      Cons

      Managers, leads, and trainers were rude.. No consistency in how to handle customers. Lack of work space.
