We're sorry to hear that your experience with training and management did not align with your expectations. Because our technical support team serves thousands of members, we place significant emphasis on structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development to help new employees build both technical knowledge and customer service skills. We also regularly review feedback from employees to identify opportunities for improvement and will include this feedback for that purpose, too.
While every employee's experience is unique, we're proud of the collaborative culture we've built and the many employees who have developed long, successful careers with the Tech Helpline team (23 people with an average tenure of 7 years) and our organization.
