Pros
If you are a graduate student and an RA, the university pays off your tuition fee You will have access to latest technologies and you are given freedom of thought to serve the Research community well
Cons
I cannot think of many cons. However, I thought there should be someway to protect and help students in the case they lost their job and they have a situation of paying fee for next semester. It sounds silly but, as an international student the tuition fee is higher than residents(3 times more) and it comes a shock to us if there is no help from the University.
