Pros

If you're at FSU studying in tech working at their Helpdesks can be very convenient and a great start for your tech career. You also have downtime to work on your school work or personal projects.

Cons

In my experience if you want to learn more official tech things you'll have to do so personally. I didn't learn much officially about the tech industry but I did get hands on tier 1 support experience.
