Extremely toxic experience - Interior Designer Floss Barber Employee Review

Toxic environment. Unpredictable responses and rude reactions. I was terrified to go to the office. Very low benefits and compensation. They have created a system in which they think they are doing you a favor and you are always on a trial period. Zero mental health consideration and extremely bad office morale. No management and no consideration for growth. Not worth it. No room for mistakes but no room for appropriate compensation either.
