Pros

The experience provided significant personal and professional growth. I developed skills and resilience that will serve me well in any future role. I had the opportunity to work alongside highly talented colleagues. Many were generous with their time and mentorship, and I learned a great deal from them. Exposure to challenges at this company built adaptability and problem-solving skills that are valuable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Cons

Decision-making is highly centralized, with even basic operational approvals (such as provisioning customer licenses) requiring CEO involvement. This creates bottlenecks and slows execution. Leadership has demonstrated inconsistencies between what is promised and what is delivered. For example, I was told I would receive ramp commissions that never materialized. Internal politics weigh heavily on company direction. Individuals and departments without a track record of results are still given outsized influence in decision-making. Operational challenges are significant, yet leadership, particularly the CEO, publicly dismisses operations as an issue. This refusal to acknowledge and address the problem continues to limit the company’s ability to scale effectively.

Pros

Opportunities are strong here, both with prospects and internally. The work is rewarding and we are building something exciting. The company is focused on what matters, which drives results. New product functionality is consistently being released which improves sales opportunities. Sales leadership is aligned on the vision and collaborating very well. Customer support is some of the best I have seen. Even winning awards for the impact we have actually made. Seeing the team rally to support our customers is very encouraging and our customers are happy with the results.

Cons

No reals cons that I experience, you are simply expected to do the role you are here to do. Do it at a high level and you will really enjoy working here. The reps who mention cons of sales are likely those not willing to put in the work to get it done. We all have a role in this company and you are expected to do your job. The reps who are hitting goals and putting in the work are not the first ones to write a review, they are too busy closing deals.

Pros

Small Company - you get to know everyone

Cons

Executive Turnover - VP level is a revolving door, especially in Sales Toxic Leadership Behavior - Inconsistent direction and lack of strategic vision, public reprimands by the CEO, denial of prior decisions, lack of data driven decision making Product Misalignment - Products were developed in isolation and were not enterprise-ready or aligned to clear customer needs. Compensation practices - in some cases I had to go back and forth with them for months to get what was rightfully owed to me.
